We are halfway there
At the Park Tower, we are over the halfway mark! Last week, we poured the 16th floor, we are on our way to the 28th. Just before the summer break, we should reach the highest point there. At the Station Tower, we are now on the 13th floor. This one is slightly behind the Park Tower according to schedule. Meanwhile, we have left the lowest floor in the valley behind us. As a result, you can cautiously see the characteristic shape of the building emerging.

The facade is coming along nicely
In January, we completely closed off the first part of the Park Tower with facade elements. Temporary provisions have been made on the 8th and 12th floors to keep things dry inside. And this month, we started with the first part of the Station Tower. For safety reasons, we have to carry out part of this construction at night.
The final sprint has already begun
When part of the building was almost wind- and watertight, we could also proceed with the interior finishing. Inside, the interior walls are up on the first floors. This week, we are also installing the underfloor heating and screeds on the lower levels of the Park Tower. And at the end of this month, the tiler will start with the first bathrooms.
Our working hours are typically from 07.00 to 16.00 hrs
According to the building permits, we are allowed to work from Monday to Saturday between 07.00 and 19.00 hrs. In practice, this is usually from Monday to Friday from 07.00 to 16.00 hrs. Occasionally, we may need to work outside of the permitted hours. In such cases, we always coordinate with the municipality and inform you in advance.
