Update KJ Den Haag #12: façades nearly complete and green rooftop terraces
Façade nearly complete
Both towers are virtually finished. Almost all cannelure elements have been installed, and last week we also mounted the final balconies. The finishing touch is the low façade along the square, but that won’t take much longer either. The undulating scaffolding you see is being used to create the stucco bands. The first sections are already complete and visible through the fencing.
Rooftop terraces brought to life with greenery
The green valley is now truly visible. All terraces have been completed, and all greenery has been installed.

Full speed ahead indoors as well
Nearly all finishing works have been completed. The lights are on, the lift is operational, and the carpet is being installed. The site supervisors have already been working for several weeks on the preparations for handover.
The entrance to the city is slowly being revealed
From street level, the wooden ceiling is becoming increasingly visible. The legal text in bronze
-coloured letters has already been partially installed, shaped like the continents of the world. Just a little more patience, and it will be visible in all its glory above the main entrance of the bicycle parking facility.
